A seat is reserved only once the deposit is received. The deposit is non-refundable. The balance is due seven days before the first day of class. Cancellations more than fourteen days out are refunded above the deposit; fewer than seven days out are not refunded. Attendance of all scheduled hours is required for a training certificate. Students must wear required protective equipment, follow all safety and radiation-safety instructions, and acknowledge the inherent risks of laboratory training. Full terms, including the liability release, records and privacy policy, are published on the terms page and form part of this agreement.
